        綠碳化硅4000#的D50范圍為3.0-3.8um,顆粒范圍窄，90%的顆粒分布在1um-8um區(qū)間內(nèi)，沒有特別大的顆粒，避免了研磨過程中造成的表面損傷和劃痕。綠碳化硅的維氏硬度為3280-3400kg/mm2,莫氏硬度為9.4-9.5，對于需要精細打磨的光學玻璃、石英玻璃、翡翠玉石、復合材料的研磨，可到達高效和精細拋光的效果。

The D50 range of green silicon carbide 4000 # is 3.0-3.8um, with a narrow particle range. 90% of the particles are distributed in the 1um-8um range, without particularly large particles, avoiding surface damage and scratches caused by the grinding process. The Vickers hardness of green silicon carbide is 3280-3400kg/mm2, and the Mohs hardness is 9.4-9.5.
